The Employers Agent role is a service we provide to clients who want to construct new, generally uncomplicated buildings and want the security of a fixed cost via a design and build contract.

We estimate and control costs for  construction projects, and make sure that structures meet legal and quality standards. Whether it's a residential, commercial or industrial project, we are involved at every stage of a project and ensure that the final outcome is value for money.

As an RICS Accredited Adjudicator and Mediator, Robert ensures that a neutral and impartial person assists the respective parties in resolving the dispute at hand, enabling the parties to reach a mutually agreed settlement.
