Contractual Issues: 

Entering into a construction contract can often throw up contractual issues for example Loss and Expense accounts; Liquidated and Ascertained Damages; Extensions of Time; insurances. At RMP we have the expertise to advise and manage such issues.

Project Financial Control and Reporting:

During the construction works we offer services to manage and control the financial issues during the construction process. These services include valuations of works on site, cost reporting, cash flow, costing variations through to settlement of the final account.

Procurement and Tendering:

The correct method of procurement is vital to the success of a project and as such we can offer advice as to the appropriate method to suit the client's specific requirements  with regard to time, cost and quality.

Quantification and Measurement of Construction Work:

We have the resources to produce Bills of Quantities in accordance with the standard method of measurement. This provides our clients with a solid financial basis for the contracted works.

Project Evaluation:

Advising on development appraisal including Whole Life Costing exercises and value engineering to ensure the project meets our client's budget and quality expectations.

Feasibility Studies and Cost Planning:

We can offer financial advice at the early stages of a project advising our clients as to the feasibility of a particular project and the various options to ensure the project fits with the client's budge.
